Install Audacity Mp3 Song Editor on Kali Linux. This Time we’re using Wine to install Audacity, By Default wine is pre-installed in Kali Linux.

Let’s get started!

First we’re going to download Audacity Windows Version. (Download)

[email protected]:~/Desktop# ls -l
total 19804
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 20275088 Nov  9 11:25 audacity-win-2.2.0.exe

We have our setup audacity-win-2.2.0.exe now we need to install that by using Wine.

Just simply type:

[email protected]:~/Desktop# wine audacity-win-2.2.0.exe

So now that we’re able to run the setup through Wine, Let’s see how it goes.

And Done!
